A bed bank built for travel agencies
Trekko is a B2B bed bank: one trade account that gives your agency access to more than 3 million properties in 190+ countries at wholesale rates, plus private transfers and airport lounges. You search once, see every connected supplier's offer for the same hotel side by side, book, and resell at the price you choose. Registration is free and more than 23,000 agencies already hold an account.

What your agency gets from a bed bank account
A bed bank buys hotel inventory in bulk from suppliers and sells it on to the travel trade at rates that are not shown to the public. For an agency, the practical difference is simple: you buy the room at a trade rate and the gap between that rate and the price your client pays is your margin.
Trekko puts that model in a single account. Hotels, villas, apartments and resorts sit in the same search as private transfers and airport lounges, so a complete trip can be quoted, booked and paid without juggling extranets, logins and invoices from several sources.
Inventory that covers real client requests
More than 3 million properties across 190+ countries: city hotels, beach resorts, serviced apartments, villas and chalets. Corporate stays, honeymoons and group trips can be handled from the same screen.
Several suppliers, one hotel record
The same hotel is often sold by several suppliers at different prices. Trekko maps those offers to one property, so you compare rooms, board types and cancellation terms in one list instead of opening a tab per supplier.

How booking works, step by step
Open a free agency account, verify your email with the code we send, and you can start searching. Each search takes a destination (a city, a region or a hotel name), dates, rooms and the guest's nationality, because nationality can change which rates a hotel accepts.
Results come back as a list or on a map. You can filter, and sort by price, star rating or distance to the centre. Every offer states before you book whether it carries free cancellation and until when, or whether it is non-refundable, so you can quote your client with the conditions in front of you.
At checkout the price is checked again with the supplier, so what you confirm is what you pay. Your confirmed bookings, upcoming arrivals and rebooking alerts appear in your agency dashboard.
Paying for bookings: prepaid funds, cards and credit
Most agencies fund a prepaid balance and book against it. You can top up by card (cards are tokenised with Stripe, so full card numbers never reach our servers) or by bank transfer, which we credit to your balance once received. SEPA Direct Debit and PayPal can be set up with your account manager.
Established agencies can request a credit line. Once granted, bookings can be held against that credit and settled on your agreed cycle rather than paid one by one.
Built for a team, not a single login
Agencies rarely book alone. You can invite colleagues as sub-users: each one has their own login, books under your agency and draws on the agency's shared funds, so you keep one balance and one set of trade terms while every booking stays traceable to the person who made it.
Beyond the room: transfers, lounges and rebooking
A hotel is rarely the whole trip. From the same account you can book private transfers with a professional chauffeur in 90+ countries (Mercedes S-Class, E-Class and V-Class, point to point, full-day disposal or by the hour) and access to more than 1,400 airport lounges.
Hotel bookings that carry free cancellation are also checked automatically every day for a lower rate on the same hotel, room and dates. When one appears, Trekko rebooks and your agency's share of the saving is credited to your balance. You can switch this off for any individual booking.
Using Trekko from your own systems
If you run your own booking engine or a client-facing site, the same inventory is available through a REST API with JSON requests and responses. You can open a self-serve test account, receive test keys after verifying your email, and build against a sandbox that never touches real suppliers or money before you go live.
Who uses a bed bank account
Independent and high-street agencies use it to quote hotels they cannot contract directly. Tour operators and DMCs use it to fill gaps in their own contracts. Online agencies and travel start-ups connect through the API. Corporate travel teams use it to book stays and the transfers around them in one place.
