By accessing and using Trekko's website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services. Trekko is a B2B-only platform intended for travel agencies, tour operators, and corporate travel managers, not for end consumers.

3. Booking Policy

• All bookings made through Trekko are subject to availability and confirmation by the supplier (hotel, bed bank, or other travel service provider).
• Rates displayed on the platform may vary depending on availability, seasonality, and promotions in effect at the time.
• Payment terms, including deposits and balance payments, are governed by the relevant supplier's policies and by the credit terms agreed with your agency.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellation policies vary by supplier and rate plan. Please review the specific terms before confirming a booking.
• Refunds, where applicable, are processed according to the cancellation policy applicable to the booking and the payment method used. Trekko is not responsible for fees or penalties imposed by the supplier due to cancellations or changes.
• Trekko's automated rebooking engine may move a booking to equivalent or better conditions when the price for the same room and board type drops; it never moves a booking to a non-refundable rate or outside the original free-cancellation window.

5. User Responsibilities

• Users are responsible for ensuring that information provided during registration and booking is accurate and complete.
• Misuse of the website or violation of these terms may result in suspension or termination of the account and access to our services.

6. Limitation of Liability

• Trekko is not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or bookings made through the platform, except in cases of wilful misconduct or gross negligence under Spanish law.
• We do not guarantee the absolute accuracy of supplier descriptions, rates, or availability, although we take reasonable steps to keep information up to date.

7. Modifications to Terms

Trekko may update these Terms and Conditions. Material changes will be communicated to registered users by email with reasonable notice. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute arising from these terms shall be submitted to the courts of Madrid (Spain). If the user qualifies as a consumer under EU law, they retain any mandatory protections available under the law of their country of residence within the European Union.
