Airport and private transfers for travel agents
Your client lands tired, with luggage, in a city they may not know. A pre-booked private transfer removes the queue for a taxi and the guesswork about the fare. Trekko lets travel agents book chauffeur-driven transfers in 90+ countries at trade rates, in the same account they use for hotels, so the whole arrival is quoted and confirmed together.

Three ways to book a car with a driver
Every booking is a private vehicle with a professional chauffeur, never a shared shuttle. You choose the service that fits the trip.
Point-to-point transfers
Airport to hotel, hotel to station, hotel to meeting venue. The classic arrival and departure transfer, booked for a fixed route.
Full-day disposal
A car and driver stay with your client for the day: site visits, a roadshow, a wedding, a day of meetings across a city.
By the hour
When the schedule is not fixed, book the chauffeur by the hour and let your client decide the stops.

The vehicles your clients ride in
The fleet is built around three Mercedes-Benz models. The S-Class for executive travellers, carrying up to three passengers and two large bags. The E-Class for business travel with the same capacity. The V-Class for families and small groups, with room for up to seven passengers and seven large bags.
Wi-Fi, mineral water and a Meet & Greet service are listed as standard features on these vehicles, so your client is met by name rather than searching for a driver outside the terminal.
Why agents book transfers through a B2B account
Selling a transfer is one of the simplest ways to raise the value of a hotel booking: the client needs it, and booking it yourself means one less thing for them to organise on arrival. With a trade rate you add your own margin and present a single price for the stay and the ground transport.
It also keeps the trip in one file. Hotel, transfer and lounge access sit in the same account, paid from the same balance, and your team can see every component of the booking together.
Pricing you can quote in advance
Transfers are priced for the route or the hours before you book, so you can include the cost in your quote instead of leaving your client to negotiate a fare on arrival.
How booking works
Log in to your agency account, open Transfers, enter the pick-up and drop-off points, the date and time, and the number of passengers and bags. Choose the vehicle class, add the passenger details and confirm. Payment is taken from your agency's prepaid balance or by card.
Transfers are also available through the Trekko API with the same credentials as hotels, including hourly service, for agencies and operators that sell from their own systems.
Details to collect before you book
Most problems with transfers come from missing information, not from the car. Before confirming, collect the arrival or departure time and, for airport pick-ups, the flight number, so the pick-up can be planned around the real landing time. Note the exact number of passengers and of large bags: a family of four with six suitcases needs a V-Class, not a saloon.
Add a mobile number on which your client can be reached on the day, and the name to show on the Meet & Greet sign. For hotel pick-ups, give the full hotel name and address rather than a short name that may match more than one property.
What to send your client
Include the transfer in the travel documents you send: pick-up time and place, vehicle class, the name the driver will be holding and your agency's contact for the day. A client who knows what to expect at arrivals walks straight to the driver.
Combine the transfer with the rest of the trip
Most transfer requests come with a hotel booking. From the same account you can book more than 3 million properties in 190+ countries and give your clients access to more than 1,400 airport lounges for the wait before departure.
Who uses Trekko transfers
Leisure agencies adding an airport transfer to a beach or city package, corporate travel teams moving executives between airport, hotel and office, and event and wedding planners who need several vehicles for a day.
